A personal approach, a family name.
P.A.J. Industrial Roofing Ltd has more than 40 years of experience. We are a family run business covering Wales.
We have worked for car dealerships, hospitals, schools, universities, refineries and steel works, and built a strong reputation along the way.
We also work on residential properties, including over-cladding asbestos cement roofs on small garages and creating pitched roofs over flat felt roofs.
We do not use subcontractors. That way we know the quality of our work stays at the maximum, and we have full control over every project we take on.
Each job has a site specific written risk assessment and job method. We do not use generic ones, because the nature of our work differs from day to day.
All our employees follow a rigorous training schedule covering working at height, asbestos awareness, UKATA category B, IPAF MEWP training, the CCNSG Passport to Safety and the CSCS card.
